If the enterprise ID or effective date is blank, then the probable cause is that the BEN_ENV_OBJECT.INIT procedure wasn't called. Contact your benefits administrator for a review of the processing log files. Context at the time of error: Enterprise ID 1, Effective Date 2024-10-25, Missing Entity PLIP_ID, ID —."
Few relevant points:
- 4 new plans were created with eff date of 1.1.51
- All rates and coverages as of 1.1.51
- Plans were added to Program as of 1.1.25
I've reviewed the other thread on a similar issue but I couldn't find anything that assists here. Please advise.
