Question - what is the trigger for emails like "'FYI. Corporate Card Transactions for Inactive Employee **** Awaits Submission'." ?

I am aware these emails are triggered when an employee has been inactivated in HCM and had UNSUBMITTED outstanding CARD TRXNS (not part of any expense report).

Also, I can confirm these emails are not triggered by the two jobs which most of us would suspect namely -

A) Upload and Validate CC txns.

B) Process Inactive employee CC txns.
