Anytime Document not showing for workers under Me> career and performance in Redwood

Hello experts,

an HR created Anytime Performance Document for an employee and assigned it via My Client Groups> performance document> create document.

But the employee can't see it under Me > Career and Performance> Performance.

But the HR can see that the document is created for that employee.

What is the possible reason for this?

The employee can't select also Review period when creating Anytime document.
