Future-dated development goals shown in performance documents.

My performance evaluation runs from 01-08-2024 to 31-12-2024, but my manager wants to add future development goals as well. However, these goals should not be reflected in the current performance documents. Do you have any ideas on how we can prevent them from being shown in the current evaluation period?
