If an employee has not completed/submitted their self-evaluation, the manager must click bypass employee self-evaluation.

When a manager bypasses an employee self-eval, where do the comments get stored or displayed when viewing the all in one module? 

Can the instructional text be word wrapped/expanded so it is fully visible?

Can we turn off/grey out the comments for bypass?
