Updating many activities to 'en route' or 'started' status

Good morning, I need to perform some tests of mass mailings (200 approx) to verify the correct functioning of the message scenarios. To do this, I need that many activities change to 'en route' or 'started' status.

Is there any way using the Bulk update API (/rest/ofscCore/v1/activities/custom-actions/bulkUpdate)?
