Reporting on multiple Phone number fields

We are having a problem with contacts putting in the same phone number in multiple phone number fields (Home, Mobile, Office, ect.). This is causing routing problems on our advanced routing system. Is there a way to pull up a report that only shows phone numbers that are in multiple fields?
