Auto allocate percentage to dependents

Summary:

We have a requirement where we need to auto allocate percentage to dependents.
Eg. :
User enters percentage allocation to dependents for pf and gratuity in EIT. We have to pick that allocated percentage and assign it to dependents present in insurance plan automatically. Do we have any FF type which defaults allocation percentage?
