Extend Answer Effectiveness report (ID#206)

Hello,

We are trying to extend the functionality of Answer Effectiveness report. This report is currently showing number of incidents and chats. 

We would like further report linking, or to create another report where we could see: The exact incident ID (or a link to open the incident) which were submitted after viewing this answer and details of the incidents.

Any help would be appreciated.
