Does candidate see different Diversity information based on the region to manage Legal Compliances?

Hello Community,

Can someone please confirm on the diversity information displayed to an external candidate is dependent on which factor:

• Is the diversity information block visible to candidates depends on Candidate location, i.e location of their laptop.
• Is the diversity information block visible to candidates depends on the location on which the job is posted and if so then which one does it follow Primary Location or Primary work location?
• Is the diversity information block visible to candidates depends on the location of Career site created?

Also does this section change based on the Legal compliances based on region(UK, India, Germany etc) automatically?
