Showing Unique records count at footer level

Hi,

I have a requirement to show unique records count at report footer level. i.e Record Count: {NumberOfRecords}

The report which customers are using is having multiple entries with different attachments ids, But at footer level it is showing total entries,

We need to show only the unique records in the count which means we should not consider the attachment entries in the count.

Example: Incident 1 is having 3 attachments and incident 2 is having 2 attachments when i run a report it should show 5 records with attachments but Record count should show as 2. Is this feasible?
