Corporate Card Program - File Name Prefix x File name

Hello,

When configuring the Corporate Card Program, you must enter a file prefix field "File Name Prefix". When executing the "Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transaction file" process, there is a File Name field to fill in, but when you enter the file name, no file is imported.
What is the correct way to use the "File Name" field in the "Upload and Validate Corporate Card" process?
