VB Studio queries for Cross Region development

Summary:

We have requirement to use VB Studio for concurrent developement of extensions in VBCS. Oracle has provisioned 1 VB Studio for each ERP instance in PHX region as a part of ERP provisioning. We were informed that these VB Studio instances are only for ERP related changes, so we created a new VB Studio instance in Ashburn as it didnt allow us to create one in Phoenix. Please note PHX is our primary region. We have few queries regarding VB studio usage: 1. Can we use newly created VB Studio instance(Ashburn)
