Automating Work Order Suspension Based on Exception Reasons

Summary:

Hi,

I have a requirement where the work order needs to be automatically suspended if the technician selects an acceptable exception reason for not servicing (e.g., customer unavailable, weather conditions, etc.).

Currently, we have a manual "Suspend" button available, but I don't see any option to automate this suspension process without involving OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or may be plugin could be an option but thats again going to be an additional button. Has anyone encountered a similar requirement or have suggestions for achieving this automation?
