GL Approval cycle

Hello Dears

We have 2 business cases for GL approval cycle

AP team has GL Role and create manual journals with below approval :
Creator : User1 & User2
Approval : Group in serial User3 & User4
After user4 approved the journal should be posted.

AR team has GL Role and create manual journals with below approval :
Creator : User5 & User6
Approval : Group in serial User7 & User8
After user8 approved the journal should be posted.

How can we apply this approval hierarchy separately ?!
