Unable to create or save catalog template under item catalog post redwood transition.

Summary

I am unable to create a new content under the Item catalog/Template after turning on the redwood profiles. The create button does not save the newly added items. We are able to add the new template with in catalog but add a new content does not commit the changes after hitting create button.\

Navigation> talent(QA>>Item catalog> License and certification > Add new content item .
