Hi,

I am trying to count the number of threads from Staff Account (from Threads table) when there was no threads from other users in between (e.g. trying to identify a scenario of 3 reminders with no action from a user). Initially, I was planning on using the sequence field but I have found on Community that this field is used for a different purpose (to distinguish threads entered at the same time). Taking this into account, I think that the only way is to create a custom script which would check a value of thread type in current and previous
