Updated information on Redwood Recruiting

Summary:

How do we get the activity list updated ? It shows outdated items especially on the " candidate to provide more info" activity . Most of the requisitions for that activity are inactive and the candidate has been hired. I've run the Synchronize Recruiting Activity Center Action Items scheduled process, but those items still show. Is there something else we should be doing?
