Does Twilio or Syniverse support for synonyms to opt out of text messages?

Summary:

Curious if either of the SMS vendors support common phrases/synonyms to opt candidates out of messages? For example if the opt -instructions indicate to send the word 'STOP' to opt-out but instead the candidate responds with something like "quit" or "cancel" - ideally the vendors support synonyms and common phrases. Does anyone have experience with this and can speak to it for certain?
