Access all the ESS logs/Files submitted by other users
Summary:
Hi, Everyone.
Is there a setting/Profile Value to enable in Oracle Sales Fusion / CRM. where all the users with ESS Monitor Role can
access all the ESS logs/Files submitted by other users. we need this for continuous support and troubleshooting.
Following is the sample of the User who submitted/own the Job/Process. the user can access all four files (attachments has 3 more..)
while the next screenshot is for the user who don't own/initiate the job/process: (Attachment contains a single file)
