We are using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 24B (11.13.24.04.0)

How do we change the subject of Dunning lettes from "Collection Notification" to say, "Past Due Invoices Notification" ?

How do we add a descriptive name to the from email id like, <Accounts Receivable > AccountsReceivable@domain.com?
