How to configure the first notification Journey

Hi all,

I wanted to ask a question about the configuration of notifications in Journeys.

When starting the journey, we currently receive two notifications: one says that the journey was assigned to us, and and the other for the assignment of the first task.

I wanted to ask, where do you control the configuration of the first notification? I checked in the configuration of checklist but I did not find this. (please see the screen as an example)
