Reported by Field view condition

Summary:

We have a requirement where "Reported by" field needs to be visible on HRHD Agent details form and other Agents forms like Edit, Copy.

The fields is visible without any condition but we would like to add a condition that if Primary point of contact is equal to Reported by person then "Reported by Field" should NOT appear.

It should only appear when both the names in Primary point of contact and reported by are different.

We tried all Show fields formulas but its not working which includes using PartyID for Parimary contact and reported by field.
