Hi Experts,

I have a questionnaire in the performance document that the manager has to complete during the worker's evaluation, I need it to be mandatory, meaning that the manager should not be able to submit the performance document without having completed the questionnaire. I set all questions as mandatory in the questionnaire but it is not enough.

Do you have any suggestion?
