Two-way Email Communication: Candidate Response not received under Messages tab

Hello!
After successfully testing two-way email communication through Azure, I observed that candidate responses are not appearing under the message tab in the candidate application. However, the responses are being received in our vanity email inbox without issue.
I've confirmed that everything is set up correctly, including the inbound messaging scheduled process, which runs every 15 minutes. Any ideas on why the response isn't showing up?
Also, is there an email notification to the hiring team when an email is replied too?
