Object Level Trigger works in Classis UI but not in Redwood

Summary:

Hi All, I wrote one before update trigger in activity object and it is working as expected in Service Classic UI
but it is not working in Service Redwood. Per Redwood documentation Object level scripts are supported.
Please let me know if anyone has come across this and what was done to resolve this?
