Not finding default ruleset on Visual builder studio

Summary:

We trying to build a POC for embedding fusion analytics into fusion applications following the attached blog, we are unable to access the default rule set which should show up in the properties pane. Not really sure why we are experiencing this kind of behavior, we tried exploring all the options available but still facing the same trouble.
