How should I enter Long Description when adding a new performance goal?

It seems like the item "Long Description" disappeared from the page where a new performance goal is created.

Hello,

Does anybody know how to enable "Long Description" on "New Goal" page which is used to creating a new performance goal?

I couldn't enable this "Long Description" using VBS (Actually I don't know much about VBS).

HCM experience design studio also didn't work at this moment against this.
