Retirement plan options shouldn't be visible in ESS for retirees

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement wherein Retirement Options under the plan shouldnt be visible in ESS for retiress but should be visible only to Admins.

I could see at plan level we have such configuration but not on options.

Please let me know the workaround.
