Changing report layout

Good Morning

I am new to service cloud and are after some help on a very basic report. 

In the screenshot attached I have created a grid report that displays the normal way (first set of data)

But what we are trying to do is output it as the second set of data in the screenshot, but we have gone through all options when building the report and cannot figure it out.

Could someone please help ? I am sure its something pretty simple!
