Issue Submitting Performance Document After Competency and Goal Evaluation

Hello team,

We are currently experiencing an issue with submitting the performance document after completing the evaluation of competencies and goals. When attempting to submit, we encounter a blocking error message in the Additional Info section, even though we are not using this section in our current setup.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
