Summary:

As we try to run the mentioned job, it always goes into retrying mode and fails to execute. we have referred the Oracle doc -

"Maintain Candidates and Job Requisitions for Search" Failing (Doc ID 2613763.1) and we have the required roles to execute the job.

We cannot find any existing parent ID so we cancel the already executed/blocked job.

Any suggestions please.
