Expected Bahavior-Multiple Purchasing Document Approval Rules on One Change Order?

Hi all,

Apologies if this is already asked elsewhere, I searched the forums, but wasn't able to find the answer.

We have a Requisition submitted via a Planned Order, and the buyer submitted a Change Order. This then triggered multiple rules in Manage Purchasing Document Approvals. Is this expected behavior, that a PO/CO will trigger any rule that applies or it will only stop after only one rule?
