How can Employee be able to select top up amount based on a list of values ?

Hello,

We have a requirement where for eg : a band 1 employee is eligible for super top up then the list of amounts visible to them will be 3 lakhs, 4 lakhs, 5 lakhs etc., Now the employee can select whichever they require as a top up. And based on their selection a standard amount will be deducted from their pay slip twice annually.

How can we achieve this requirement ?
