Hello

we have added the candidate from ORC and move the status as "Move to HR" the New User Welcome Mail to change the password is not trigging

we have enabled profile option ORA_PER_USER_ACCOUNT_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL and we have run the Schedule process Send User Name and Password Email Notifications as well still its not working.
