Changing number of benefit deductions

Hello!

We have a scenario for a group of teachers who are allowed to choose the number of deductions per year. Meaning, they can put all of their deductions in the months of Jan - May and Aug - Dec.

Has anyone accomplished this type of configuration before? If so, recommendations are greatly appreciated.
