Notifications not received by external candidates that has Gmail email address

Hi!
Currently, we have an issue on external candidates not receiving notifications in their Gmail email address accounts. We asked them to check their junk or spam folder, they do not have any emails received from our Oracle system. Anyone experiencing this issue too? If yes, what did you do to be sure they receive the email notifications?
