Unable to view assigned performance document - review period is blank

Summary:

We have created our first Mid Year performance review documents and used the Eligibility Batch Process to create our 3 templates based on eligibility profiles. We have confirmed the processes have completed successfully by checking the batch process id number. When a Learner logs in they are not able to see the performance template as the review period is blank

We have created new templates for mid year performance reviews and added the eligibility profiles to the template to ensure the correct questionnaires are created for each employee. The process id has confirmed the process worked correctly - see below
