how to configure Bill of entry ( custom duty) in oracle fusion

Summary:

I have attached my requirements in the image. The system needs to calculate the tax 1 on basic. and again we need tax 2 on Tax 1. Now we need to add (basic and tax 1 amount and tax 2 amount) on this, we need to calculate the tax.

The above-mentioned is needed to achieve oracle fusion
