How to change default filter in DCL fields in redwood

Hi,

In Redwood, the default filter on DCL field sometime does not make sense.

For example, on create lead page from lead list view, contact DCL is filtered with 'Related Contacts'. So in this scenario when an account is not yet selected, no contacts are shown in the DCL drop down which is valid for most of the lead creation scenarios.. User needs to manually change the DCL filter (Example : All contacts/my contacts) and then search for the contact by typing the contact name.

So to avoid additional steps, if there is a way, we can change the DCL filter for standard DCL in redwood, that will be helpful for users.
