Hello,

I have multiple reports on my dashboard but having issue with "Incident summary" report. It calculates all statuses of incidents except "Opened" only. I have rechecked my calculation formula. It's fine and working with rest of the incident statuses.
Kindly suggest issue that might be happening for only "Opened" status incident.
