EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Primary Point of Contact field should be populated with the logged in user

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigator > Help Desk > HR Service Requests

2. Create new SR

3. Observe Primary Point of Contact Requestor field is null for user
