Chats requested and questions submitted from Mobile pages

I just enabled my Mobile pages.  I need to monitor the volume of incidents created from Chat and "Ask a Question" via the mobile page set. Visits by Pageset is a good report to track visits, but I really need to know the increase in incidents and chats.  I've played around with clickstream table and cp_ua_mapping but have not gotten the data I need.  If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.
