Summary: Inactive customer ship to site is showing in Transaction and sales order LOV.

i have applied below action plan. **********but now i want solution for bulk customers**********

  • Login as user who has CDM access (CDM = Customer Data Management).
    a. The user will need to have the role Customer Data Steward.
  • Click on Navigator icon and select Customer Data Management.
    a. Click on "Organizations" link under "Customer Data Management" section.
  • Enter the customer name in the Name field and click on search in the search result click on Registry ID. Then the organization profile page will open.
  • Expand the addresses section.
