Derived Factor Age - Person's Youngest Dependent - not calculating Domestic Partner Childs age
Summary:
We need to verify that a plan is only eligible for someone with a child < 26. We have a person with ONLY 'Domestic partner child'. The derived factor is not calculating the age of the child correctly.
