Viewing incidents escalated from referrer links or answers

Hi All,

I would like to insert Google Analytics campaign links in the emails we send to clients, and then from the Analytics in the console, view each of the incidents that were (immediately, or eventually) submitted after a client has been referred from those links/answers.

The Incident Web Visit Tab (Report ID #9035) reports on one specific incident's originating IP address, referrer, and CP pages that the client viewed before submitting the incident. It would be very ideal if report #9035 could report on multiple incidents at once, however I was told by Oracle Support that this report contains a custom script, so simply copying and adding an extra column to report on the Incident Ref. No. is still not sufficient to achieve that outcome.
