Performance document customization- Changes to RTF Template

Hi Team,

Hope you are well.

There is a business requirement to change the font size of the comments in Performance document. So, we are trying to customize the template for the same.

Whatever changes we apply on the template are not reflecting on the PDF output. Can someone please let us know if its possible to achieve it.
