Opt-out feature does not include activities for Credit Card Expense Charges

Summary: Manage Expense System Option for "Enable Notification for Credit Card Charges" is set to yes, so that all the user for the business unit will get notified on corporate card charges. However, the business requirement is to disable the same at the user level, by enabling opt-out notifications at the user preference level. The Activity does not contains the Notification for the above configuration.
