Can each coverage to have 2 rates - one flat amount and one based on FF

Hello,
Our client wants us to present rates based on the table given below and dont want the system to show the calculation monthly.
For Eg : here if an employee is selecting 7 lakhs, the flat amount which should be visible to all will be 3455/- however the pro rate which appears on the right side should be calculated based on the formula ( i.e. 3455* number of tenure days works in the year / 365) which is 918.17 /- for this employee selected, but as per screenshot it is calculating amount ( which is 3455/12 as it is annually )
