Task with link to a system page

Hi

can anyone tell me if I can direct, via task, a new hire to the HR For You (help desk) page on Oracle HCM?
I created a task with an external URL, but when the employee clicks on the link a new page opens and gives me an error, it doesn't open the page on Oracle
